We are proud to present this website tailored to the Air Force Reserve Safety Assistance Program. Crew Training International, Inc. (CTI) developed this site to provide you with resources, tools, benchmarks, valuable information and guidance that will assist you with the demanding job of managing your safety programs. The website establishes a partnership between CTI and you, the customer. We stand ready to assist you with any safety program problems, issues or questions you may encounter.

This website will link you directly to the Air Force Safety Center’s AFSAS Program to assist you with mishap/event investigation and preparation of your safety investigation reports. Our highly qualified and experienced analysts and safety program managers are eager to respond to your safety program questions and concerns. Click the Contact Us tab when you need assistance.

Although this website is primarily Aviation Safety oriented with specific reference to Midair Collision Avoidance (MACA), Bird/Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH), Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSA), and Mishap Response Planning; several of the tabbed areas contain Ground Safety resources and other information pertinent to areas that are shared by all disciplines. These include Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSA), Mishap Response Planning, and the AFSAS Ground Mishap Reporting Program.
